Dr Tully provides care to patients of all ages and economic backgrounds at the Progressive Community Health Center in Milwaukee’s inner city. She teaches medical students and nurse practitioner students and has participated in numerous studies focused on the management of chronic diseases in her patient population. She has been recognized as a “Health Care Hero” in 2019. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a past board member of the Medical Society of Milwaukee County. She is a third generation Cape Verdean and is most interested in primary care and the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases among Cape Verdeans.
