Missão de médicos cabo-verdianos residentes nos EUA trouxe equipas especializadas nas áreas de oftalmologia, ginecologia e cirurgia geral entre outras e já conseguiu evitar necessidade de evacuar pacientes para o estrangeiro. Associação trouxe donativos no valor de 500 mil dólares.
